Hyatt Privé is one of a handful of programs for travelers looking to unlock elite benefits. Other programs include Marriott STARS & Luminous Program, Virtuoso, Four Seasons Preferred Partner, Hilton Impresario, Rosewood Elite, IHG Luxury & Lifestyle, and Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts.
There are a few aspects to love about Hyatt Privé, most notably the ability to receive room upgrades, as well as early check-in and late check-out. For those of you who value these types of benefits, Hatt Privé may be just the right program for you.

What benefits come with Hyatt Privé?
Benefits vary by hotel. However, the following benefits come with a booking:
Benefit | Description |
Welcome Amenity | Amenity upon arrival |
Breakfast for Two | Daily complimentary breakfast for two guests at the hotel’s restaurant |
Property Credit | $50-$100 hotel credit with the amount varying by hotel |

Park Hyatt stays booked through Hyatt Privé always receive a $100 property credit and a 4 pm late check-out subject to availability per this article.
It’s important to note that Hyatt Privé benefits are in addition to the benefits elite members receive. For example, Hyatt Globalists receive standard suites upgrades subject to availability, 4 pm late check-out subject to availability, and club access or breakfast.
How to book a Hyatt Privé stay?
Hyatt Privé stays can’t be booked by just anyone. You’re required to use an eligible travel agent to book a stay. So, there is no Hyatt travel agent rate per se. Instead, a travel agent uses a Hyatt Privé code to ensure you receive your benefits.
The good news is that are reputable agents out there who can get the job done. Personally, Spencer Howard is a friend and someone I recommend. There are other travel agents mentioned in this article and this article. Generally speaking, these travel agents do not charge a fee to book a stay.
The Hyatt Privé rate should be identical to the “Standard Rate” shown on the Hyatt website. Unfortunately, Hyatt Privé benefits are not available for points stays or Hyatt/third-party discounted rate stays such as a member discounted rate, AAA, or corporate rate.
What’s the best credit card to to use book a Hyatt Privé stay?
It’s hard to beat using the World of Hyatt credit card for Hyatt stays as cardmembers earn 4x points at Hyatt. If you find yourself paying cash for Hyatt stays regularly, this card can be a great option. Other credit card options include Chase Sapphire Reserve, Amex Green Card, and Citi Premier Card. Each of these cards earns 3x points on hotel spending.
