In this Frequent Flyer post, I share Amazon Books I Purchased, Frequent Flyer Articles I Read, Recent Points With Q Posts, Shows and Movies I Discovered, Music and Podcasts I Listened To, and Bourbon I Enjoyed.
This week has been different as we’ve been on the road on an extended trip for this first time since earlier this year. In January, we spent time at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar four our honeymoon. This week, we stayed at the Elyton Hotel, Autograph Collection and The Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection. It’s been nice to mix up our daily routine since March by getting out of our house and travel.

Amazon Books I Purchased
I’m nearly finished with The 80/20 Principle: The Secret to Achieving More with Less and really enjoying this book. Mayflower: Voyage, Community, War is the newest book I snagged that I can’t wait to read.
Frequent Flyer Articles I Read
Here’s a round up of the best frequent flyer articles I read this week:

Here’s a round up of the PWQ frequent flyer articles I posted this week:

Shows and Movies I Watched
Somebody Feed Phil was what we watched this past week. It’s slowly becoming one of my favorite shows. Bangkok and New York City are the episodes we watched and make us want to revisit each city.
Music and Podcasts I Listened To
While on the road this week, I listened to Brad stank on repeat. After finishing #1445 – Andy Stumpf, I listened to a new to me podcast in Golf Subpar. The Joel Dahmen Interview was hilarious! I knew from the show description alone it’d be funny “Joel reveals his personal White Claw quarantine challenge, why he played the final round of a mini-tour with a rental set, and the true story behind his on course standoff with Sung Kang over a controversial drop.”
Bourbon I Enjoyed
I didn’t have wine this past weekend and instead opted for bourbon. In particular, I went with the delicious Four Roses Small Batch. You can likely find Four Roses at most liquor stores. However, I bought my bottle from Total Wine.
Points Hotel I Booked
I used my Marriott Bonvoy AmEx 35k Free Award Night and my Marriott Bonvoy Business Credit Card 35k Free Award Night to book two of the three nights at the Elyton Hotel, Autograph Collection. Ashlee used her Marriott Bonvoy AmEx 35k Free Award Night to book our third night. For The Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection, I used 40,000 Marriott points per night to book two nights at this hotel. I also used cash to pay for two additional nights. For the cash stays, I earned an additional 4x points per dollar, in addition to the 6x points you typically earn, using an Amex Offer on my account.
